First Course: Pecan-Crusted Crab Cake with Jalapeno, Cilantro Remoulade
Second Course: Grilled Lamb Lollipops with Buttered Sweet Corn Stuffing
Third Course: Baby Spring Mix with Candied Bacon and Goat Cheese Crostini
Fourth Course: Grilled Beef Medallion over Dauphinoise Potato Caramelized Shallot Demi-Glaze, Buttermilk Fried Shrimp, Grilled Corn Salsa and Crisp Spinach Chips
Fifth Course: S'mores Pie with Vanilla Custard, Graham Crackers, Chocolate and Toasted Marshmallows
