USA Wrestling is excited to announce the brand new 2021 High School Recruiting Showcase event series. The qualifier events will feature the top High School boys’ and girls’ wrestlers from around the country. For the boys (contested in Folkstyle) and girls (contested in Freestyle), the top five (5) place winners from each qualifier will qualify for the 2021 USAW High School National Recruiting Showcase.

Air Force Academy, American International College, Aurora University, Brown University, Bucknell University, Calumet College of St. Joseph, Colorado Mesa University, Cornell College – Iowa, Cornell University, Fontbonne University, Kent State University, Life University, Long Island University, Michigan State University, Nebraska Wesleyan University, North Central College, Ohio University, Oregon State University, Southern Virginia University, Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, University of Arkansas at Little Rock, University of Chicago, University of Jamestown, University of Mary, University of North Carolina at Pembroke, University of Rio Grande (OH), University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, University of the Ozarks, University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse, Wabash College, Worcester Polytechnic Institute, York College of Pennsylvania.
All High School state champions and National Prep champions (any year) automatically qualify for the High School National Recruiting Showcase for both boys and girls (they would not need to attend a qualifier). High School State champions are defined as High School state association sanctioned state champions for boys in Folkstyle, and both state association sanctioned champions and recognized unofficial state champions for girls in Folkstyle.
The Kansas Qualifier will be conducted following the requirements of the state and local health authorities, as well as using the safety provisions of the USA Wrestling Return to Events Guidelines. USA Wrestling and the local organizers will monitor data and local trends closely leading up to the event.
