I do all sorts of flavors, Original Chocolate, Chocolate with Walnuts, Chocolate with Pecans, Cookies and Cream, Peanut Butter, Chocolate Peanut butter, Candy Cane Crunch, Chocolate Mint, Butterscotch, Chocolate Cherry, and Butter Finger."

1) In a Large Sauce Pan Combine the Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Butter, and Evaporated Milk.

2) Melt everything down, it will start bubbling which is what you want. you have to keep stirring for about 10 minutes constantly.

3) then you will add in the marshmallow fluff (the whole jar) and your bag of Chocolate Morsels. stir for about 3 minutes with the heat on.

4) turn oFf the heat then you have to stir constantly until everything is mixed well, the marshmallow and chocolate are melted and very smooth.

5) pour onto a sheet pan 9 x 13 x 0.75 and let it sit out overnight and let it harden.

6) You will then put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to get it nice and cold. pull it out and cut it into squares to serve.
